Scalpers?!

We are officially a hit.

As of yesterday afternoon, we are a "Fringe Favourite" show - this means that we sold more tickets than any other show playing in our venue, and therefore we get to do an extra show tonight.

That was before last night's show.

Last night's show sold out completely. 180 seats. Not only were we sold out, but some people were turned away at the door. Apparently we're the only show in the festival to play to a sold out house this year.

And we had scalpers. Scalpers. Holy shit, is that ever bizarre. I've never even heard of an amateur play with scalpers. Wow.

So, evidently, the play is going really fucking well. ; )

For anyone who's around and would like to see it but hasn't yet, we've got that extra Fringe Favourite show tonight. 8:45pm, Neptune Studio Theatre.

Edit: Oh yes, also: Full house standing ovation. ; )
